The projects that Traok Foundation is currently funding are:
1. No Charge Guru (nocharge.guru)

A series of free-to-public online courses, animated videos, memes, and guided meditations to help coach visitors through a variety of everyday challenges ranging from managing stress and anxiety, to helping with general wellness management, and sleep.
The initial structure of the No Charge Guru offering is already up, and a full launch is expected in June 2026.
2. Please Say Thank You (PSTY.org)

A huge part of mental health is the ability of someone to step out of their current circumstances, and simply be grateful for what they have. The PSTY.org project aims to encourage thinking about gratitude through an app and website that allows people to explicitly share what they’re thankful for.
It is expected that this project will be ready for launch by August 2026.
3. Traok Student Wellbeing App
This Traok-funded initiative is developing an AI-powered tool designed to help students—particularly those in tertiary education—navigate stress and anxiety in a practical, personalised way. Through a short online questionnaire, the platform identifies each user’s unique context, and based on that, selects a scientifically validated intervention tailored to their needs.
These guided techniques, drawn from evidence-based approaches in psychology and behavioural science, are delivered through the app in a simple 7–10 day format, making them easy to follow and integrate into daily life. Free and accessible to all, the project aims to empower students with the right tools at the right time—helping them build resilience, regain balance, and engage more fully with both their studies and their lives.
4. Coordinating Online and Offline Kindness challenges
Following an initial drive to build a follower base for the Foundation, the idea is to launch monthly challenges that specifically encourage people to go out and practice Random (or pre-meditated!) Acts of Kindness. The platform to share what people have done to inspire ideas will be built directly into the Traok Foundation website/ app.
